Whitstable Native Oysters are wild and sustainably fished from traditional Native Oyster beds in sub-tidal waters at Whitstable Bay, Whitstable, Kent, England.

With the Protected Geographical Indicator (PGI) status, Whitstable Oysters are fat, succulent, and have an astonishing delicate fresh, briny, and metallic taste of Zinc.

Native Oysters have been fished from Whitstable Bay since Roman times to date.

Step 1
Upon receipt, open the box and check that the oysters are closed.

Step 2
Place the oysters cup down (flat surface top) and cover with the supplied seawater soaked cloth properly.

Step 3
Place the box in the coldest part of the fridge between 4 -6 degrees celsius.

Consume the live oysters as soon as possible. If consumers choose to eat raw oysters, they should be aware of the associated risk. Due to their specific growing nature, oysters can be easily contaminated by pathogens (including bacteria and viruses) and chemical contaminants.
