Our oysters are shipped direct from our farm at Whitstable with next day delivery via DPD. Please pay attention to DPD messages for delivery tracking information. Upon receipt, they can be kept alive and fresh in the fridge for 3–4 days.

The seaside town of Whitstable, on the North coast of Kent in southeast England, has been famous for its succulent, fatty oysters since the 1400s.
The Romans loved Whitstable oysters and documentation proves that they were sending oysters back to Rome in around 80AD.
Step 1
Upon receipt, open the box and check that the oysters are closed.
Step 2
Place the oysters cup down (flat surface top) and cover with the supplied seawater soaked cloth properly.
Step 3
Place the box in the coldest part of the fridge between 2 - 5 degrees celsius.
Consume the live oysters as soon as possible. If consumers choose to eat raw oysters, they should be aware of the associated risk. Due to their specific growing nature, oysters can be easily contaminated by pathogens (including bacteria and viruses) and chemical contaminants.
